Appraisal.com now has three operating divisions: The Appraisal.com Nationwide Appraisal Network[TM], Day One[R] and AppraisalAnywhere[TM].

The Appraisal.com Nationwide Appraisal Network brings the entire mortgage appraisal process online, including specification, ordering, management, delivery and payment processes. The Appraisal.com Nationwide Appraisal Network covers every county in the United States United States, officially United States of America, republic (2005 est. pop. 295,734,000), 3,539,227 sq mi (9,166,598 sq km), North America. The United States is the world's third largest country in population and the fourth largest country in area.  and currently includes more than one-third of all the licensed active residential appraisers in the country.

To accommodate current rapid growth, Appraisal.com's Day One division, which provides the forms-processing and appraisal communications software (communications, software) communications software - Application programs, operating system components, and probably firmware, forming part of a communication system. These different software components might be classified according to the functions within the Open Systems  used by more than 10,000 appraisal firms nationwide, has been relocated to a new temporary facility across the street from Appraisal.com headquarters.
