Appraisal Institute names officers at annual meeting.The 2002 national officers of the Appraisal Institute's board of directors were introduced during the annual fall meeting of the organization, held in Chicago on Nov. 8-14. Thomas A. Motta has been a member of the national board of directors since 1995 and a member of its executive committee since 1998.
