Strauss as a Senior Director to advise its President and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Leaving the auction world after 39 years, Mr Strauss will be joining LVMH at the beginning of next year.

Mr Strauss has spent his entire career at Sotheby's in London, where he has risen to his present position as Co-Chairman, Impressionist, Modern and Contemporary Department world-wide. He is the grandson of Jules Strauss, a famous early collector of impressionism impressionism, in painting
