, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--January 31, 1995--Applix Inc. today announced its results for the fourth quarter and year ended December December: see month.  31, 1994.

Total revenues for the fourth quarter increased 56% to $5,564,000 from $3,567,000 for the comparable period ended December 31, 1993. Net income for the quarter increased to $675,000 or $0.18 per share versus $86,000 or $0.03 per share for the same period in 1993. For the year ended December 31, 1994, total revenues increased 52% to $18,495,000 from $12,171,000 for 1993. Net income increased to $1,409,000 or $0.40 per share versus a net loss of $(400,000) or $(0.13) per share for 1993.
