The broadcast will consist of a live conference call and visual presentation available to the general public at www.atsi.com.

First quarter 2000 financial results will be released before the market opens on Feb. 23. The Webcast will begin Wednesday at 1 p.m. Eastern, 12 p.m. Central, 11 a.m. Mountain, and 10 a.m. Pacific time. Following the announcement, there will be an opportunity to ask questions of Bob Tretiak, ATS' president and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization.
