Applied Research Technologies, Inc. (ART) -- (www.applied-research.com) announced today that it has licensed its ARTools software (www.ARTools.net) package to Quantum Corporation (www.quantum.com), a Fortune 500 company and a leading supplier of information storage solutions.

The license includes the full suite of web-based software developed by ART. Quantum will use the software to automatically audit, track, and manage all elements of its telecommunications services In telecommunication, the term telecommunications service has the following meanings:
