) announced today that it has entered into an agreement to sell certain trademark and distribution rights to the Blackhawk line of collision repair equipment to the Hein-Werner Corporation. The agreement covers Central and South America South America, fourth largest continent (1991 est. pop. 299,150,000), c.6,880,000 sq mi (17,819,000 sq km), the southern of the two continents of the Western Hemisphere.  and Asia, excluding Japan. Terms of the sale were not disclosed; total sales for Blackhawk crash repair equipment in the territories affected approximated $3 million in the Company's most recent fiscal year.
