Applied Power Announces Agreement to Sell Moxness Industrial Products.

) announced today that it had entered into an agreement to sell Moxness Industrial Products to Flexfab Horizons International Inc. Applied Power's intent to sell Moxness Industrial Products was previously announced on November 21, 1997. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Closing of the transaction, which is subject to certain contingencies, is scheduled for March 31, 1998.
