The video panels will be the first commercial products incorporating APT's patented display technology, ColdPower(TM). ColdPower is a breakthrough technology, representing the future for large format full color video displays. APT's low power products make it possible to economically deliver "billboard sized" high quality video presentations even in direct sunlight.

Under the terms of the agreement, APT and AMP will develop four pre -production displays in various sizes. In return for their hardware and development, AMP will be the company's exclusive supplier of certain components and subsystems for periods of three to five years.

The immediate applications of ColdPower displays are in the spectacular video shows seen at rock concerts, athletic events and from the walls of skyscrapers surrounding sur·round
