The company will mark the occasion with a special stock option award of 200 shares of Applied Materials common stock to eligible regular full-time and part-time employees of Applied Materials, Inc. and Applied Komatsu Technology, Inc., and their subsidiaries. Executives at the level of vice president and above will not be eligible.
