Expanded Controls Engineering and Panel Build Operations to Satisfy Customer Demand

ORION, Mich. -- Applied Manufacturing Technologies, Inc. (AMT), a leading supplier of factory automation design, engineering and process consulting services today announced that it has acquired K-R Automation, a Warren, MI based automation controls design, engineering and panel manufacturing company. The acquisition is effective immediately, and is expected to enhance AMT's ability to meet growing customer demand for controls engineering, design, software and panel fabrication.
