) today announced that Thomas E. Williams, President and Chief Executive Officer, will retire effective September 30, 2002. At that time, Amin J. Khoury, Company founder and Chairman of the Board, will take on the additional role of Chief Executive Officer, and David Terhune, Chief Operating Officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)
