Preliminary results showed revenues at over $140 million for the twelve month period ended December 31, 1999, up from $60.7 million for the twelve month period ended December 31, 1998, an increase of 130%. Final results for the year ended December 31, 1999 for Intellesale.com as well as consolidated results for Applied Digital Solutions are expected to be released on or about March 15, 2000.
