To maintain its listing, the Company must satisfy all continued listing criteria, including the $1.00 minimum bid price requirement. In that regard, the Panel has provided the Company until October 25, 2002 to satisfy that requirement. The Company's common stock will begin trading on the National Market with the open of business on Wednesday, July 31, 2002.
