Applied Digital Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq: ADSX), an advanced technology development company, announced today that its Board of Directors has decided not to approve the proposed merger of the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, VeriChip Corporation, with SysComm International Corporation (SYCM.OB).
