Applied DNA Sciences Enters Agreement to Acquire Intellectual Property of Biowell Technologies, Inc.

:APDN) announced today that it has entered into an agreement to acquire all rights, title and interest in the proprietary intellectual property of Biowell Technologies, Inc. (Taiwan), including the DNA technology used by Biowell in its global security and anti-counterfeiting applications.

Under the terms of the agreement, Biowell will transfer ownership of all of its intellectual property to a subsidiary that will then be acquired by a wholly owned subsidiary Wholly Owned Subsidiary

A subsidiary whose parent company owns 100% of its common stock.
