) today announced that it has reached an agreement with the board of directors of Cra-Tek Co. to acquire an 80% interest in this privately held, Sacramento Sacramento, city, United States

Cra-Tek had sales of $1,451,248 for the nine months ending Sept. 30, 1995. Based upon current shares outstanding, management indicated that the acquisition should contribute 5 cents to earnings per share in 1996. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed, however, completion of the deal is expected by the end of November November: see month. .

Cra-Tek operates two divisions, electrical contracting and industrial controls. The electrical contracting divisions' major focus is maintenance and service of industrial facilities. The industrial controls division custom designs various controllers, installs systems, and services installation programs.

In addition, the company has recently entered into the design, manufacturing, and marketing of industrial lasers. Other operations include specialty design and servicing of electrical industrial applications.
