Application Brought in by Thermo Tech Waste Systems Summarily Rejected by the Polish Court.VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 8, 1998--The Board of Directors of the Company announce that an application brought in the Provincial Court of Warsaw, Poland, by Thermo Tech Waste Systems Inc. ("Thermo Tech") against the Company's Polish subsidiary, International Eco-Waste Systems Inc., has been summarily rejected by the Polish Court. In this application, Thermo Tech sought unsuccessfully to restrain the activities of International Eco-Waste Systems Inc. and to compel it to deliver up confidential information in its possession Judge Miskiewicz found that there was no basis before the Court to support the application and it was therefore rejected.
