Appliance Partners Enters Distribution Agreement.

Tensleep Corp. (OTCBB:TENS), a business and technology developer, today announced that Appliance Partners Inc. (formerly Tensleep Appliances Inc.), an affiliate of Tensleep, entered an agreement with Appliance-Lab to market and sell Appliance-Lab's industrial information appliance servers.

"This agreement expands the business of Appliance Partners," said Ronald S. Tucker, president and CEO of the Tensleep and a director and officer of Appliance Partners. "The agreement allows Appliance Partners to distribute devices that are at the core of energy management systems.

"Appliance Partners' primary business plan is to develop, manufacture and distribute consumer products derived from the information appliance server developed for Tensleep by Appliance-Lab.

"Appliance-Lab, formerly Concur Systems Technology, LLC, is the developer of industrial information appliance servers. It developed the CyberNode(TM), which, for years, has been distributed in the power and utility industries in different applications," stated Tucker. "Appliance-Lab is the developer of the CyberModule(TM) pursuant to an agreement with Tensleep. The development agreement provides that Appliance-Lab would have the right to manufacture and distribute the CyberModule(TM) and derivative products for industrial uses.
