Apple Specialists Announce Theater Presentations for Apple Specialist Pavilion at Macworld Boston; Apple Specialists to Focus on 'Building a Better Workflow'.

BOSTON -- The Apple Specialist Marketing Co-op (ASMC) announced the lineup of presentations in the Apple Specialist Pavilion Theater at this week's Macworld Conference and Expo in Boston July 12-14, 2005.

The main focus of the presentations in the Apple Specialist Pavilion is on creating a better workflow for creative professionals. "The idea is to show people just how much is possible using the latest offerings from Apple, HP, Adobe and more," said ASMC Executive Director Kevin Langdon. "Our top-notch presenters will be sharing real world tips and tricks on how to get the most from your Macintosh workflow using the best tools including Mac OS X Server, Xserve, Xserve RAID and XSAN."

Color Management & Creative Workflow Topics include:

--Best Digital Practices: A Live Demo from Photo Shoot To Print

--Adobe Photoshop CS2 for Photographers and Artists

--Making Color Behave: ColorSync for Real People

--Servers: How They Make The Creative Workflow Better

The main presenter for the creative workflow presentations is renowned color management guru, professional photographer and author Kevin O'Connor. Mr. O'Connor has been a professional photographer for more than 30 years, a graphic designer and print production manager for twenty, and a color geek for almost ten years.

"Kevin O'Connor is one of the best in the business and he's a great presenter," says Lindsay Gleason of MacSpecialist, An Apple Specialist Dealer near Chicago. "We are very pleased to have such a top level person in our booth."

Other presenters come from two Apple Specialist Dealers: Michael Oh from TechSuperpowers in Boston and Dave Sanchez from MacOutfitters in Pennsylvania. "Michael and TechSuperpowers are almost legendary in Boston and Dave's Garageband and Logic sessions were a big hit in the Apple Specialist booth at last year's show. We're thrilled to have them both in our booth this year," said Langdon.

In addition to these Apple Specialists there will be many others from around the country in the booth. "From Alabama to Wichita to San Diego to Chicago, Apple Specialists from all parts of the US will be in the Apple Specialist Pavilion," according to Langdon. "We are looking forward to a great show in this great city."
