Applause optional: CalCPA nets national awards.


Several CalCPA member benefits and services recently were recognized nationally. CalCPA's financial literacy Financial literacy is the ability of individuals to make appropriate decisions in managing their personal finances. Raising levels of financial literacy is now a focus of government programmes in countries including[1] Australia, Japan, the United States and the UK.  initiative has received an American Society of Association Executives' 2004 Award of Excellence as an outstanding program that has resulted in a significant benefit to American society. The honor As a verb, to accept a bill of exchange, or to pay a note, check, or accepted bill, at maturity. To pay or to accept and pay, or, where a credit so engages, to purchase or discount a draft complying with the terms of the draft.  is part of ASAE's Associations Advance America program.
