Appiant Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq:APPS), a leader in unified communications, today announced that due to certain key developments that may be subject to shareholder review, vote and/or approval, the Company's Annual Shareholder Meeting will be rescheduled from mid-Summer to early September in order to provide sufficient time to assess potential items of interest for inclusion in the shareholder proxy material. Details relative to the actual date, time and venue will be announced well in advance of the event and preceding the mailing of proxies to Company shareholders.
