) today announces success in its financing efforts. The Company recently closed a three million dollar ($3,000,000.00) cash infusion from a strategic partner, and a two and a half million dollar ($2,500,000.00) convertible debt financing Debt Financing

When a firm raises money for working capital or capital expenditures by selling bonds, bills, or notes to individual and/or institutional investors. In return for lending the money, the individuals or institutions become creditors and receive a promise to repay
 with a number of Appiant Technologies insiders. In addition, the Company expects to close another two and a half million dollars ($2,500,000.00) of the convertible debt and to receive two and a half million dollars ($2,500,000.00) in a non-convertible loan against the assets of one of its successful subsidiaries. These funds, together with the exceptional performance of our subsidiaries coupled with the early success of our inUnison(TM) product launch, are expected to provide the cash necessary to get to profitability within 120 days.

Appiant Technologies' inUnison(TM) product generates reoccurring monthly revenues. The Company charges each Subscriber a committed service fee at the beginning of each month and, in addition, their actual usage of outbound calling and conferencing minutes for the previous month. The charge for a typical Subscriber ranges between $50.00 and $350.00 per month.
