Appeal loss for student blackmailer; COURT.


A STUDENT who blackmailed female classmates with Facebook photos doctored to look like pornography will serve a two-year sentence for his crimes.

Jake Daniel Breakwell, 21, of Fullmer Way, Woodham, in Surrey, downloaded the pictures and used another internet site to superimpose su·per·im·pose

Upholding the two-year term originally imposed at Guildford Crown Court in June, Court of Appeal judge, Peter Rook rook, term used for a common Eurasian bird (genus Corvus) of the family Corvidae (Crow family), smaller than the American crow. The jackdaw is a European species of the genus. Rooks nest in large colonies, whence the term rookery.  QC, said offences had caused serious distress.
