Cushman & Wakefield announced that Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation--which sells everything from its own Van Heusen brand to the Donald J. Trump Signature Collection--will continue to utilize the space for its corporate headquarters.

. The same Cushman & Wakefield team recently represented Phillips-Van Heusen in a 225,000 s/f lease renewal and expansion executed in Bridgewater, New Jersey.

"This new lease allows Phillips-Van Heusen to accommodate its continuing growth while maintaining its operations within one office building," said Astrachan, a Cushman & Wakefield executive vice president.

"Phillips-Van Heusen evaluated its options for additional space, but ultimately found 200 Madison was the best alternative for it to expand its corporate headquarters operation," said Konsker, an executive vice president at Cushman & Wakefield.

Totaling about 600,000 s/f, 200 Madison Ave. is a 26-story office building located in Murray Hill Murray Hill may refer to one of the following places:
  • Murray Hill, Kentucky
  • Murray Hill, Manhattan, a residential neighborhood in New York City
  • Murray Hill, Queens, a different locality in New York City
  • Murray Hill, New Jersey
  • Murray Hill, Pennsylvania
. In addition to Phillips-Van Heusen, major tenants include Greater NY Mutual Insurance and Lally McFarland & Pantello.
