Apparel firm stretches to 70,000 s/f.


Cushman & Wakefield announced that Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation, one of the largest apparel companies in the world, has expanded its offices at 1001 Frontier Road, Bridgewater, New Jersey.

The company has signed a 70,000 s/f expansion at the building. Phillips-Van Heusen signed a long-term lease for the entire top floor at 100l Frontier Road. Last year, the company renewed the 153,285 s/f it presently occupies in the building.

Phillips-Van Heusen will sublease sublease n. the lease of all or a portion of premises by a tenant who has leased the premises from the owner. A sublease may be prohibited by the original lease, or require written permission from the owner.  30,000 s/f of the floor to Hewlett Packard, a technology corporation with products ranging from handheld devices to supercomputers.
