Apparel company leases full floor at 1450 Broadway.


The Moinian Group announced that Tarrant Apparel Group has leased the entire 15,398 square-foot first floor at 1450 Broadway. Tarrant, a leading provider of men's, women's and children's casual, private label apparel will move into the heart of the Fashion District.

At 42-storys with 382,269 square-feet, 1450 Broadway is owned and managed by The Moinian Group.

John Monaco, Senior Director of Leasing for The Moinian Group, representing both landlord and tenant in the transaction said, "As a leader of private label casual wear, it was essential that they lease space in the center of the fashion world."

He added, "The full-floor identity will be a significant draw for its wholesale clients."

The lobby, facade, elevators and corridors recently have been updated. Other tenants include Neiman Marcus Neiman Marcus
