AppStream Appoints New President and CEO; Expert in Driving New, Innovative Technologies to Enterprise Customers Takes the Helm of AppStream Inc.

PALO ALTO, Calif. -- AppStream, Inc. (www.appstream.com), the innovator of on-demand software provisioning, compliance, and license management technology for the enterprise, today announced that Dan Udoutch, an industry leading expert in driving new technologies to enterprises, has joined the company as President and Chief Executive Officer. Uri Raz, AppStream's founder and former CEO, will stay with the company as EVP Business Development.

Dan has more than twenty-five years experience in Silicon Valley with Blue Chip industry leaders such as IBM and venture-funded start-ups with innovative technologies such as Netscape and CommerceOne. Prior to joining AppStream, Dan served as President and CEO at Intersperse.

Prior to Intersperse, Udoutch served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of CommerceOne, where he was responsible for growing the Americas organization from 40 to over 1200 employees and annual sales from $6M to $200M. At NAVTEQ, where he led sales and marketing, he successfully introduced new automobile navigation technology and gained adoption by such giants as BMW, General Motors, Honda, Hertz and others. Dan's career experience also includes President and Director of Basis, Inc and executive level positions with IBM, Netscape Communications and Tandem.
