AppOne Inc. Promotes Param Ramakrishnan To Chief Information Officer.

BATON ROUGE, La. -- AppOne Inc., an Internet-based financial technology services company that connects independent auto dealers with lenders, announced today that Param Ramakrishnan, a veteran software architect and technology expert, has been promoted to the position of chief information officer.

As CIO, Ramakrishnan directs planning and implementation of enterprise information systems and networks. He is also responsible for researching and evaluating emerging technologies for IT systems and networks and developing AppOne's enterprise security and disaster recovery plans to ensure the protection of corporate IT assets.

Ramakrishnan, who holds a bachelor's degree for engineering in computer science from the University of Poona in India, brings more than seven years of experience working with several start-up and small businesses during his career.
