AppNet Named Interactive Agency of Record for iCAST.

AppNet, Inc. (Nasdaq:APNT), a leading provider of end-to-end e-business solutions, today announced an agreement to serve as the exclusive Interactive Agency of Record (IAOR) for iCAST, www.icast.com, the online entertainment and majority-owned operating company of CMGI, Inc.

AppNet will manage iCAST's online marketing campaigns including building strategy, planning and buying online media, and developing online ad creative. Creative is set to appear on numerous Web sites, including many within CMGI's network of Internet businesses.

In its role as iCAST's IAOR, AppNet focuses on the Internet as the primary medium to accomplish three goals: drive traffic to iCAST's Web site; build recognition and value of the iCAST brand; and generate downloads of the iCASTER, iCAST's downloadable multimedia player with built-in instant messaging and chat functionality, media search, and file-sharing features.
