AppIQ Hires Donna Williams as Vice President of Customer Operations; Storage Services Executive to Transfer Best Practices Implementation Knowledge to Strategic Partners and Customers.

 has been hired as Vice President, Customer Operations, reporting to AppIQ Chief Executive Officer David Lemont. Williams draws from a background rich in storage services and enterprise software implementation experience. Williams completed her six-year tenure at IBM Global Services IBM Global Services is the world's largest business and technology services provider. It is the fastest growing part of IBM, with over 190,000 professionals serving customers in more than 160 countries.  as Practice Executive, SAP Consulting, where she and her 160-person team delivered SAP solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers and generated $60 million in yearly revenue. After IBM Global Services, Williams spent four years at StorageNetworks, Inc., where she became Vice President, Professional Services. At StorageNetworks, Williams managed the leading storage service provider's 50 storage data centers and 24X7 customer service center, oversaw consulting and training services, developed software implementation methodologies and evaluation plans, and built an Integrated Definition (IDEF IDEF - ICAM Definition. ) process model that defined the Enterprise Storage Utility. Most recently, Williams was Senior Director, Client Services at NewMarket International, a leading hospitality software provider, where she was responsible for the company's 80-person services organization.
