EMC Proven Infrastructure and SRDF Technology Simplifies the Process

of Global Application Content and Functionality Distribution

AppGenesys, Inc., the Certified Internet Infrastructure management provider for Global 2000 companies, today announced it has formed an alliance with EMC Corporation, the world leader in information storage, to integrate EMC's Symmetrix Remote Data Facility (SRDF)(TM) software with AppGenesys' product portfolio. The alliance will allow AppGenesys to use EMC's remote mirroring technology to simplify the process of migrating their e-business customers' Web applications from staging to production.

Through an innovative use of EMC's SRDF software, AppGenesys will distribute an exact copy of its Global 2000 customers' e-business, bit-by-bit, from a remote staging environment with Symmetrix(R) Enterprise Storage to an EMC Symmetrix system in the live production environment. This service feature represents a new capability of Internet applications transfer that will continue to enable e-business to thrive on a global basis.
