AppForge Files Copyright and Trademark Infringement Complaint against Extended Systems, Inc.

AppForge's lawsuit asserts Extended Systems has knowingly used and distributed AppForge technology in its OneBridge Mobile product line without a license to do so. In addition, Extended Systems has also used AppForge's trademarks in its advertising, marketing, and selling of OneBridge Mobile software without AppForge's consent.

As part of this lawsuit, AppForge is seeking a permanent injunction permanent injunction n. a final order of a court that a person or entity refrain from certain activities permanently or take certain actions (usually to correct a nuisance) until completed.  that bars Extended Systems from making, using, importing, offering to sell, or selling the allegedly infringing products. AppForge is also asking the Court for an award of damages for Extended Systems' unfair competitive acts.
