                  Raise Funds for The Apollo Theater

WHAT:   The Apollo 2005 Spring Benefit, a star-studded fundraising
        concert & gala to celebrate the legend and support the vision
        of The Apollo Theater -- featuring Apollo Moments, an outdoor
        pre-show musical tribute to Apollo Legends, followed by a
        magnificent benefit concert and special honorees ceremony
        inside the world famous Apollo Theater

WHO:    Benefit concert headliners VANESSA WILLIAMS, BOYZ II MEN,
        BEBE WINANS and GERALD LEVERT join presenters HARRY BELAFONTE,
        JUDITH JAMISON and RUBY DEE, as well as Apollo Moments
        pre-show stars MARVA HICKS and LILIAS WHITE of Broadway fame.
