Apollo Resources Subsidiary Signs Biodiesel Storage Agreement.

DALLAS -- Apollo Resources International, Inc. (OTCBB:AOOR) today announced that its 50% owned subsidiary, Earth Biofuels, has strengthened its distribution position in Mississippi through an agreement with Southland Oil Company, located in Jackson, Miss. This agreement will allow Earth Biofuels to include biodiesel in five bulk storage locations throughout the state, making the fuel more accessible statewide.

"This agreement supports our efforts in formalizing franchise agreements with independent fuel station owners to provide more fuel at the retail level. Retail sales at our Jackson location have increased substantially, and demand across the state warrants additional locations," stated Tommy Johnson, CEO of Earth Biofuels.
