Apollo Resources Acquires Liquefied Natural Gas Producer and Marketer.

For the fiscal year ended September 30, 2004, ALT sold a total of approximately 39,350,000 gallons of liquefied natural gas (LNG), and for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2005, ALT sold a total of approximately 38,259,000 gallons of LNG.

In a related transaction, Apollo also acquired an LNG processing facility and related equipment in Topock, Arizona which produces up to 86,000 gallons of LNG per day.
