) Tuesday announced the closing of the sale of 5,750,000 shares (including 750,000 shares to cover underwriters over-allotments) of University of Phoenix Online tracking stock, raising $80.5 million.

University of Phoenix Online, which had an initial public offering price of $14.00 under the ticker symbol Ticker Symbol
