(Nasdaq:APOL APOL Asia Pacific Online APOL Alternate Person on Line ) Tuesday announced the closing of the sale of 5,750,000 shares (including 750,000 shares to cover underwriters over-allotments) of University of Phoenix Online tracking stock, raising $80.5 million.
