NORWOOD, Mass. -- As a result of multiple stockholder inquiries, Apogee Technology, Inc (AMEX: ATA) confirmed today that it will issue a formal plan to the American Stock Exchange before December 1, 2006 to pursue full compliance with Sections 1003 (a) (ii) and (iii) for continued listing on the American Stock Exchange. During this time, Apogee will continue to operate in the ordinary manner and attend to its business objectives.
