Apogee Networks will integrate NARUS IBI Solutions, including the NARUS IBI Solutions Platform and NARUS Billing Mediation System (BMS), with its NetCountant/SP real-time rating and billing software platform. The combination will meet the Internet industry's rapidly changing billing requirements.
