Apogee Networks, Inc. - whose award-winning NetCountant(tm) product line is widely recognized as the most powerful Content and Usage-based Billing solution in the industry - today announced completion of a second round of financing totaling $17 million. The new round of investment was led by Oak Investments, which was joined by re-investors Fidelity Investments Fidelity Investments is a group of privately held companies in the financial services industry. They produced the Intel 4004, Intel 8080, Intel 8086, Intel 80186, Intel 80286, Intel 80386, Intel 486 and Pentium microprocessor families as well as many other integrated circuits and personal computer networking  and two Japanese investors CTC CTC - Cornell Theory Center  (Itochu Techno-Science Corporation) and NetOne Systems.
