Apogee Networks Announces Full Support for Intel Itanium 64 Bit Processor; NetCountant Products Will be the First IP Billing Line to Support Intel Itanium.

Apogee Networks, a leading global provider of advanced IP Content, Rating, Billing and Settlement platforms today announced its NetCountant(R) product line including NetCountant Accountability, NetCountant Billing and NetCountant Content Collection will support the Intel(R) Itanium(TM) 64 bit processor.

Apogee Networks is the first IP billing provider to announce its support of the Intel Itanium processor.

Apogee Networks develops and deploys usage-based charge back and content billing solutions, as well as settlement platforms for Enterprise and Service Provider customers. Some of Apogee Networks' Enterprise and Service Provider customers include BT, Cornell University, CSC, Fidelity, Inktomi, NCR and Texaco.
