Haller will focus on building strategic partnerships with Service Providers and network equipment manufacturers, to create solutions that will facilitate the rapid deployment of new services based on usage and content billing management.

Saul Einbinder, who was named Apogee Networks' VP of Product Strategy, has 19 years of experience in telecommunications Communicating information, including data, text, pictures, voice and video over long distance. Prior to assuming that post, Mr. Einbinder co-led the strategy and business development team for Lucent Technologies IP Applications Unit.
