Edwards, 47, to its Board of Directors. Edwards is senior vice president, chief financial officer (CFO See Chief Financial Officer. ) and chief administrative officer A chief administrative officer (CAO) is responsible for administrative management of private, public or governmental corporations. The CAO is one of the highest ranking members of an organization, managing daily operations and usually reporting directly to the chief executive  (CAO) at Imation Corp., a leading developer, manufacturer and supplier of magnetic and optical removable data storage media with 2001 sales of $1.2 billion headquartered in Oakdale, MN.

Edwards joined Imation in April 1998 after 20 years of experience in the transportation and energy industries. At Imation, he is responsible for financial and administrative functions. Prior to Imation, he was with Santa Fe Santa Fe, city, Argentina
