") device supplier, announced today that it will delay the filing of its Annual Reports on Form 10-KSB for the fiscal years ended December 31, 2003 and 2004, and its Quarterly Report on Form 10-QSB for the first quarter of fiscal 2005, from its planned date of July 31, 2005 until August 19, 2005. The delay is the result of the scope of audit work related to the Company's previously announced adoption of a new sell-through revenue recognition policy and restatement of its financials. Significant additional time and effort has been required to obtain and analyze historic information from third party distributors regarding their sales to end users.

The Company expects to regain compliance and maintain its listing by filing its financials prior to the hearing date.
