Apisphere Acquires Navit Innovations to Expand Location-Awareness Offering.

BERKELEY, Calif. -- Apisphere Inc. (www.apisphere.com), a leading provider of location-awareness services for mobile business applications, today announced its intentions to acquire Navit Innovations, a San-Francisco-based developer of location-based technologies and solutions for business and consumer markets. The acquisition will enable Apisphere to leverage Navit's extensive Global Positioning System Global Positioning System: see navigation satellite.
