The Company's common stock will continue to trade under the symbol APHT on the Nasdaq SmallCap Market.

There will be no change in the way Aphton shares are traded as a result of the listing transfer, and the transfer will not have an effect on shareholders' ability to purchase and sell Aphton's common stock. Aphton's stock symbol remains APHT.
