Apexon Names Mark Angelo Vice President of Marketing; Seasoned Supply Chain Software Executive Joins Leading Supplier Relationship Management --SRM-- Company.

With more than 20 years of experience in marketing, sales and management in the supply chain software market, Angelo will spearhead the company's overall marketing strategy and initiatives and will be responsible for all corporate, product, market development, field, application partners and marketing activities worldwide.

Previously, Angelo spent five years at Agile Software, a leading collaborative supply chain software provider, as director of industry marketing. In this role, Angelo drove the company's market development, positioning, and value based selling initiatives, and was instrumental in growing the company to a global market leader for collaborative supply chain software. While at Agile, Angelo played a pivotal role in growing the company's customer base from less than 30 to over 700 and was instrumental in leading their strategic account program and their international expansion efforts. Prior to Agile, Angelo was a senior sales executive with Aspect Development, a strategic sourcing software provider that was acquired by i2 Technologies, where he managed strategic accounts such as Allied Signal, Lockheed Martin For the former company, see .
