SALT LAKE CITY -- Publicly traded Apex Resources Group Inc. (OTCBB:APXR) announces land purchase in California. E[acute accent]Apex Resources Group Inc. Land Division has signed a purchase agreement for a 14.69 acre parcel of land in San Bernardino County, California. The property is located approximately halfway between Los Angeles and Las Vegas. Interstate 15 is on one side of the property and California State Hwy 31 is on the other side leading to the town of Daggett where it connects to Interstate 40 which is approximately four miles from the property. E[acute accent]This property is located in one of the most heavily traveled corridors in the U.S. with Salt Lake City and Las Vegas being the two big feeders on one side and southern and central California on the other. In addition to tourist traffic this route is the most heavily traveled truck route in the nation. E[acute accent]Future plans will include contacting a major sign company to erect spectacular billboard signs that will generate monthly revenues to Apex Resources Group Inc. for years to come. Other plans under consideration include the development of a truck rest stop. The property would be known as Billboard Truck Stop. E[acute accent]Apex has placed a deposit of $4,000 with the escrow agent and the balance of $34,000 to be paid upon closing of the property purchase in 30 days.
