Console Switch Leader Broadens Server Management Offering

with New Emerge System, AGENT(TM) Software; Showing Latest

Capabilities and Expanded Product Line at Comdex

Apex Inc. (Nasdaq:APEX), the leader in server management and console switching technology, will be demonstrating its newest and most powerful server management solutions at Comdex the week of November 15th. Apex will showcase the recently-launched Emerge 2000 remote server management system and Apex's AGENT (Advanced Graphical Enterprise Network Tool), a software security and administrative tool. Apex will be located in booth No. L3639.
