          metrics coupled with ADPEX as a unified reporting metric to
          bring one clear, simple number -- based on facts rather
          than guesses -- by which to manage service levels of

          Symphoniq will demonstrate the new Apdex reporting
          capabilities in their TrueView end-to-end Web management
          products which allows TrueView to give organizations access
          to detailed Apdex reports highlighting the impact of
          performance bottlenecks on productivity and that can be
          customized for clear communication to various stakeholders
          including IT, business managers, developers and executive
          management.
